Still in the early 2021, BPR Lestari Bali launched a new feature on LestariMobile. All prospective customers can open an account by handphone with this feature. Online opening account can be done everywhere without going to BPR Lestari office.
“In line with consumer behaviours nowadays. Most of their time spend on handphone, coupled with tendency to avoid crowd during pandemic. This is drives us to develop this feature”, said I Made Wenten B., Operational and IT Director.
Within the newest feature, all banking process in BPR Lestari Bali can be done by online and real-time, started from opening an account, deposit funds through virtual account and transfer to all bank in Indonesia. Opening an account by online feature has been launched in early March 2021, several new customers have tried this feature. “I have known BPR Lestari for a long time, but I don’t have time to go to their office to open an account and deposit. When I opened my social media, I found that ads accidentally, so I tried to open an account by handphone and the process was successful, very easy to deposit through virtual account”, said I Made Avanindra Gunaputra, a private employee, when interviewed by phone.
